Shipping Policy

Wildflower Designs can deliver your order usually within 5-10 days. For International shipping, please contact us before placing an order.

Each piece will be packaged up safely to protect your order.

To keep our delivery prices to a minimum we use standard post from An Post which are very reliable.

However if you would like to use registered post and have a tracking service just let us know and we can arrange for the price to include registered postage costs.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns Policy for Wildflower Designs

1. Returns Eligibility:

  • You can return items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition with all tags and packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

  • Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or defective.

4. Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned item, excluding shipping charges.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Report any damaged or defective items within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.

6. Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

7. Cancellations:

  • Contact us to cancel an order before it's shipped for a full refund.
